1. PRICING

All prices are expressed in Australian dollars and are subject to 10% GST (goods & services tax) unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include freight charges.

While we shall endeavor to keep pricing current and out of stocks items as well, at all times, pricing and volume may be subject to change

without notice.

Online pricing doesn't necessarily reflect in store pricing and may vary.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

SUS SCROFA HUNTING SUPPLIES Pty Ltd T/A JS ENTERPRISES accepts the following payment methods:

DIRECT DEPOSIT

Order On-line paid by Credit Card

Paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard,), transaction are done within a secure environment linked through the STRIPE gateway.

We do not store any credit card details for on-line transactions.

Phone Order paid by Credit Card

Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Sus Scrofa Hunting Suppplies T/A JS Enterprises

Orders paid by Credit cards are charged at the time of ordering.

If a card has been declined, we will endeavour to contact you straight away and inform you of the situation.

Direct Deposit

Account details are provided when requested by customer.

Reference of payment: Name or Order number provided by us is required

Confirmation of Payment via Bank Remmitance or Copy of Bank Receipt sent to process your order.

If not provided your order may be delayed while we match payment.

Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed and sent until payment has been received.

Orders for which payment has not been received within seven days will be cancelled.

3. FREIGHT & DELIVERY

We deliver products Australia wide and Internationally.

Orders we endeavour to have dispatched within 24 hours of the next business day of payment receipt.

If there are or will be any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Current freight companies we use are: Australia Post, TOLL & Fastway/Aramex.

FREIGHT COMPANY SHIPPING TIMES

Australia Post

Registered post within Aus: between 5 – 7 working days

Express post within Aus: Overnight to capital cities and 2-3 days depending on your location within Australia.

International orders: Shipping times vary for each service, Country & destination we send to. and the servicer

International Services: Economy, Standard & Express

TOLL Priority: Overnight - depending on your location within Australia

TOLL Remote Location Surcharge:

Fastway / Aramex: Depending on your location within Australia could take up to 7 working days.

International Freight Costs - orders placed online

Freight costs are not included in the Final price of the order submitted and paid for.

Freight costs are calculated based on each individual order: weight, destination and Levels of service provided by carrier.

We will then contact you by email with the cost of freight for each Level of service for you to choose from.

Payment for the Freight Cost and level of service you select, we will send you a Stripe Invoice for that amount to make payment.

4. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership does not pass to the purchaser until goods are paid for in full and funds have been cleared.

5. PRODUCT

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this site. However, as the actual

colours you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

6. RETURNS POLICY

At JS Enterprises your satisfaction is our highest concern.

Although our products are of high quality and our items are checked thoroughly before they are sent, sometimes things don't always work out or maybe you may have purchased the wrong size or colour.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss the issue or issues you have so we can try to reconcile the problem/s prior to sending the product/s back.

If we are not able to reconcile the problem/s prior you can then return the merchandise within 30 days.

The cost for postage for the Products being returned to us are covered by you.

Refund Totals are subject to, less 10% restocking fee, less postage/shipping costs .

CONDITIONS APPLY

All items being returned must be in new and an unused condition, in original packaging, labels intact and a copy of your receipt.

Refund will be pending approval that it has been returned in the condition listed above.

EXCHANGES

Within 7 days of the date of delivery, you will need to contact us to indicate your intention to exchange / return.

Product/s can then be returned along with Purchase Receipt, Product/s name being exchange to.

Proceeding with the exchange of products you accept to pay for the Postage costs for product/s being returned to you.

Please note: All sale item purchases are final and not exchangeable.

WARRANTIES

to discuss the problem/s you are having with the product you have purchased.

Warranty Claims are started / processed upon receiving the Required information you are advised to provide on initial contact.

RMA - Return Materials Authority Form is created and sent through to you by email to print & return with faulty product/s.
