Shipments and returns

FREIGHT & DELIVERY

Our products are shipped Australia wide and Internationally.

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of the next business day from receiving placment of order and confirmation of payment receipt.

If there are or will be any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

Freight companies we currently use are: Australia Post, TOLL & Aramex.

Australia Post Shipping times

Registered post: between 5 – 7 working days

Express post: Overnight to capital cities and 2-3 days depending on your location within Australia.

Orders that weight over 5kg+ we will contact you by phone or email with the costs and options for delivery.

Cost of postage is calculated by weight, dimensions and destination for each level of Service

TOLL Priority: Overnight 

If your order cannot be delivered at the address provided, it will be returned to local depot.

We advise you to collect direct from depot - do not request a Redelivery

Please note:

If you request a Redelivery - Charges are applicable and you have agreed to pay these charges as per Terms and Conditions when an order is placed.

Fastway/Aramex

Depending on your location could take up to 7 working days.

Freight cost vary according to total weight & dimensions of your order.

International Freight

International orders do not include Freight costs in the Final price of your order submitted and paid for at checkout.

Freight costs are calculated based on each individual order by weight, destination and Levels of service provided by carrier.

We will contact you by email with the cost of freight for each Level of service for you to choose from.

Freight costs are paid through Paypal which we will send a PayPal Request via email to make payment.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next business day of payment receipt.

If there are or will be any delays, we will notify you.

Shipping over 5kg will be notified

Orders over 5kg or large in size will need to be calculated for cost of postage

Please submit your order and we will prepare your order.

We will then contact you either by phone, email or send a Paypal request for payemnt to receive payment for your order.

ALL ORDERS - WE WILL SEND NOTIFICATION OF YOUR ORDER BEING SENT ALONG WITH TRACKING NUMBER 

RETURNS POLICY

At JS Enterprises your satisfaction is our highest concern.

Our items are checked thoroughly before they are sent.

Although our products are of high quality, things don't always work out or you may have purchased the wrong size or colour.

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less postage/shipping costs. Conditions do apply and are listed below.

All items returned must be in new and an unused condition, in original packaging, labels intact and unused, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item.

You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 7 days of the date of delivery.

An Authorisation Reference number must be obtained before any goods can be returned.

Please note: All sale item purchases are final and not exchangeable.
